Thank you for choosing Cali Kebab for your meal delivery. We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality food, and your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our returns and refund policy below:
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our chilled meals, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once delivered, meals cannot be restocked or resold for safety reasons.
Refund Policy:
We offer refunds only if there was an error on our part, such as a missed item or incorrect order.
If your meal arrives damaged or spoiled, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the item and your order details, and we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to delivery are not eligible for refunds, as preparations for your order will have already begun.
Delivery Issues:
In case of delayed or missed deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us immediately. We will work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
